From June 9-12, 2026, the Heads of Climate Base Camp returns to Potsdam, Germany, offering an immersive experience to unlock key roadblocks, collaborate with experienced peers, and turn strategic insights into actionable leadership.
Operating in a pre-competitive space, it brings together select Heads of Climate for deep, peer-based problem solving that unlocks key roadblocks and taps collective insight to address your biggest climate challenges. This immersive setting blends leadership growth with practical guidance, enabling you to craft a tailored roadmap that accelerates your organization’s netzero journey.
Facilitated by WBCSD Climate and Dr. Thomas Bruhn from the Research Institute for Sustainability (RIFS), the Heads of Climate Base Camp will invite decisive contributions from experts in their field, such as Geraldine Matchett, GHG Protocol Steering Committee Chair and non-executive director of ABB, Nestlé and Swiss Re, and former Co-CEO and CFO of dsm-firmenich.
