Achieving net-zero goals requires courageous leadership and collaboration across sectors—are you ready to lead the way?
From May 20–23, 2025, the Heads of Climate Base Camp returns to Potsdam, Germany, offering an immersive experience combining deep reflection with impactful peer collaboration and strategic problem-solving.
This year’s Base Camp brings together a select group of Heads of Climate for reflective problem-solving sessions, leveraging collective insight to address your company’s most pressing challenges. This immersive experience blends leadership development with actionable insights, enabling you to create a personalized action plan to drive your organization’s net-zero journey forward.
Guided by Dr. Thomas Bruhn from the Research Institute for Sustainability (RIFS) Potsdam and the WBCSD Climate team, this hands-on program combines strategic problem-solving with opportunities to connect deeply with peers and thought leaders.
