This two‑day immersive learning experience is designed to support sustainability leaders facing growing complexity and change. Participants gain a forward‑looking perspective on the trends shaping corporate sustainability in 2026 and beyond, while developing the inner clarity, resilience, and moral grounding needed to lead with integrity and impact. Through reflection, dialogue, and experiential learning, the program creates space to step back, reconnect with purpose, and strengthen leadership capacity for the challenges ahead.

The program takes place at the Laudato Si’ Centre for Higher Education, a purpose‑built campus set within the serene gardens of Castel Gandolfo, near Rome. The inspiring natural setting supports reflection, dialogue, and renewal—creating the conditions for deep learning and meaningful connection.
