The WBCSD Young Professionals Program equips early-career professionals with both the technical and adaptive skills needed to lead sustainability transformations within their organizations.

In its second year (2026), the program will run cohorts in February, May, and September, building on a global alumni network from 53 organizations across four continents.

Join our next cohort that runs from 13 May to 17 June and includes six weekly 120-minute virtual masterclasses on core sustainability topics, plus 1–2 hours per week of preparatory work and reflection.

Participants complete the program with a personalized action plan addressing a real challenge in their organization and can continue learning and networking through virtual alumni gatherings.
